GH2 So I finally got a GH2 and made Toy Story 4

Got a GH2 for a deal from someone who didn't like and I'm still convinced the hacked GH13 is superior. It's hard to make the colors from the GH13 and GH2 match and the GH2 aliasing is just too much for me, and this IS turned down. Colors are a little funky too but I didn't correct or anything. So for now, my GH2 will sit shelved till Vitali hacks it.

So here is my one and only GH2 production..... Toy Story 4 live action. This cost millions to make because I went live action istead of computer rendering. Disney bough it off me for 20 mill though so now I can afford a few AF-100s.

While the material in the clip maybe parody, the signon banner is not... so make a broken down castle, sputtering Dinker Tell, with 'Fault Dizzy" logo...
 
Is that SLC airport? Looks familiar as my 2 year old has played in their toy area - and yes, if I saw you in there I would not have let him play - scary man playing with toys! lol j/k
 
Nice, but I suppose there's nothing to be done about the nasty posterization in the cheesy opening sequence dark blue sky?

On another note....I don't see the problems you see on your GH2 with mine. Maybe the previous owner(and then you) got a bad cam????

I like your films and videos but I still don't see it. I need to see straight up proof that the GH13 is superior. Stick both cameras on a tripod and film the exact same thing. Then do a lossless join of the files(AVS video remaker will do the lossless join) and post that to Vimeo so we can download the file and compare it ourselves.
 
In all honesty it's insane pixel peeping but I see more aliasing. On a big monitor look at the edges of the toys and toy house ect and the lights on the ceiling. No normal human would notice it.

The posterization is from youtube I think, the encode is a lot better on vimeo as is usual: I'll call my guys ta disney and tell them to turn the colors down a notch though...

A Memorial service for the wayward Pup will be broadcast live on the net Friday.

Mean while back in Hollywood, his former partner now muli millionaire Blackout, ponders his next epic feature to be be shot on the GH13 after trials of the ARRIFLEX D-21 were shelved due to "not being up to GH13 Standards".

If I cause one WTF? per day... I have lived a full life. More dinopup coming soon. These are all little toys I play with while I am working on a short and a feature finally.
