Doing some late night editing when I heard a few bangs on my truck and an SUV speed off. Didnt think much about it until I saw flames reflecting in the snow. Low and behold I had a long night...

I really cant say anything until after the police report but from what I saw/heard it was not anything short of criminal. I had a pretty decent lighting kit and GPS system in the back seat as well. Gone...

Thanks guys. Luckily I have full coverage. However I am more concerned about why they picked my truck out of the 30 + vehicles (most nicer) on my street.
 
eh, you'll always wonder....just a little test for you, you know?...sucks to be singled out by total strangers, and you'll likely find this to be a once in a lifetime infringement on your property, who knows. they didn't set your house on fire, noone was hurt, you're ok. all replaceable items. sucks?...YES. just a bump in the road....make a film about it!

I really hope you get the money back on the insurance - the evidence is plain and clear to see really. They'd have to be completely incompetent to not give the insurance!
 
You think your night was bad... I heard the "click-click" of the toaster, indicating my poptarts were done... and when I got in the kitchen they were a little too done... yeah... I almost didn't eat 'em.






(Hopefully that made you laugh... I'm sorry for your random receipt of douche-baggery... I've been on the receiving end of sh*t like this a few times, and it's disheartening about humanity.)
 
I feel for you on your toast problem haha. Yeah insurance is cooperating so far and there's a chance they will cover my lights and GPS.
