that was filmed real well, clean editing as well, nice vibe to it.
what i liked most was you didn't have a bunch of shot that are tilted up towards the sky, framing the riders against just a blue sky, then all of a sudden the lip of the landing shows up. idk how to explain it, but motocross/some snowboarding filmers do that. lol, so that another reason why i though it was well done.
one other thing, i ride bmx/film, and ive never understood how snowboarders go SOOO huge, like, the size of that hip in the video was godlike...
I liked it, very smooth shots. Was that with a simple tripod? I liked your approach of the little or no handheld. You framed them well all throughout their jumps, it was fluid. Great color. Also like your approach to some different music, not the typical rock for sports.
Here is my advice as an outside viewer but maybe you were asked to do it a certain way. Beginning was a bit long with the snow plows. Would have liked a headshot of each snowboarder when you introduce them, like you did to one of them. Those close-ups make it more personal. Otherwise they all look the same person boarding. Throughout the video some clips could have been faster or tightened up or some creative editing could be used (jump cuts/speed/flashes). After you see the snowboarders boarding the same hills it can get somewhat repetitive and long. And lastly, a variation in the end could be to put the name of the song as it appears like a music video-type title. The nat sound on the last clip made for a humorous ending.
Overall, great camera work, nice colors, good songs, good content!
