Snow sucks, but good for shutter speed

FELLOW NYers!!!!

Toaster, tell me where you live?

Simon, Tell me where you live?

Im on the vicinity of Bowery, Elizabeth, Bayard

lol I did the very same thing yesterday when it snowed like crazy. I went out and shot some nice stuff in the snow. I'm in Forest Hills Queens. :D

I was at 141 and Convent up until a week ago (yeah Harlem baby!!!), now I'm at 98th and Amsterdam.

So you're by CB's side of Bowery or NYU side?

I love Canal st. In love with Canal St. Love those monuments with the benches...that's where I used to catch the 12 dollar bus from Philly. Near Broadway.

Good footage! Try zooming through the depths of snowflakes...it gives an eerie feeling of 3-D movement.

Tony,

I used to live on Mott and Broome, right next to that firehouse, right across from Funky Broome...now I live on the UWS. Let me know if you want help sometimes, I have a dvx100, not the A but I *do* have the glidecam v8 with vest and arm, a sennhauser shotgun mic, FCP HD, etc etc...I'm just waiting for the weather to warm up to finish my short, latez...

I live on the huge Condo on Bayard and elizabeth.

Sure, If one of us lands a good position and in need of more help... would we rather trust a stranger on craigslist or my soul brovas at dvxuser.com

This is probably beautiful footage (especially with the higher shutter speeds), but the compression kind of ruins the effect.
