smooth slow mo question.

if there,s anyone aeound who can fill me in on getting a smooth slow mo in regards to favourite frame rates etc i,d be stoked for the help.
i have a custom waterhousing built that will be used extensively in big surf.
also is there any way to achieve smooth slow mo using 24 or rather 25p PAL?

Barry's DVX guide covers questions like these in depth - i suggest you look into buying it, it's worth the investment.


if your shooting 25p project and you are editing in a 25p timeline then shoot your slo Mo shot in 50i with a shutter speed of 1/100th, then import it into your 25p timeline and adjust the framerate to 50%(this will give you th best slo mo, if you do anything other then this, depending on your adjustments, will be jittery and not look too good)
