Basically everything it came from the factory with. Add a couple of Sony NP batteries to the plate and you're good to go. The EVFs are perpetually backordered from SmallHD it seems, so here's a chance to snag one right now.
The gear is in excellent condition (I'd say like new, but I want to be conservative) and works perfectly. The screen is gorgeous. I just bought it used, but have decided to go a different direction because this makes my camera too top-heavy.
I also have an Edelkrone EVF mount that I bought with it. It includes the mount and the accessory shoe that attaches to the top. ($219 new)
