smallest movie size - not 1x1???

I seriously need a movie size to be 3000 X 1 pixels in length. It appears that AE only goes down to 4 pixels in either dimension. Is there any way to go below 4?
 
Set it to quarter resolution and it'll make it's resolution to 1 pixel by 1 pixel.
 
that is super weird. I think you can drag the 'region of interest' to 1 pixel high and then crop comp to roi or render out using the region of interest.
