smallest movie size - not 1x1???

I seriously need a movie size to be 3000 X 1 pixels in length. It appears that AE only goes down to 4 pixels in either dimension. Is there any way to go below 4?

Weird art idea. Didn't an older version of AE allow 1xn movie sizes? (Maybe I'm thinking of something else.)

Set it to quarter resolution and it'll make it's resolution to 1 pixel by 1 pixel.

that is super weird. I think you can drag the 'region of interest' to 1 pixel high and then crop comp to roi or render out using the region of interest.
