small white squares in footage

hi, i had a quick question, every once in a while when looking at my uploaded footage, i notice for a frame a small white rectangular square, does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it, thanks

It's a dropout. You can try recapturing that section of the clip. If you get the same dropout, there's probably an imperfection on the tape.
