a room in my office recently opened up, and my company is wanting a small studio. do you guys have any advice on wall/ceiling colors? the room currently has old flo. fixtures that buzz like MAD. i have absolutely zero experience in setting up a studio... any ideas or suggestions?

as far as what the studio will be used for.... really just medium chroma-key shots. we MIGHT attempt some full-body keys in it, but i really doubt it.

any help would be appreciated BIG TIME!

For chroma-key, the answer would be chroma-key green. But aside from that...

If the studio is to be used for shoots, matte black will keep lighting from spilling all over the place. You might also look at some acoustic treatment to deaden the room a little... which can also be purchased in charcoal black.

But lighting is what will pose the biggest challenge. For key/matte shoots, lighting has to eliminate shadows on the background, and low ceilings typical of office buildings can make that a little tricky.
