GH4 Small External 4K Recorder?

[Mike Krumlauf]

What is (currently) the smallest external 4K recorder that would take up the least amount of real estate attaching it to the GH4 body? I liked the Atomos Ninja Star, but its only 1080p. Thanks

Does the recorder also need a monitor? If so, the PIX E5 or E5H might be the smallest 4K monitor / recorder at 5.4 x 3.4 x 1.6" / 137 x 86 x 41 mm. I quite like mine.

Unfortunately, I don't know of anything similar to the Ninja star. BMD design has a 4K recorder, but it is quite large. The PIX E5 may be the smallest option...consider the monitor a bonus. ;-)

PIX-E5H is awesome and for the GH4, it's perfect!

Was hoping to find something without a monitor but it doesnt seem to exist for 4K anyway. How does the video assist 4K hold up?
