SMA to BNC Adapter

Hey all,

Just started playing with my new (well, used, but new to me) Zaxcom wireless kit, and was wondering if anyone knew of a SMA to BNC adapter that I can use so I can run the Rx on my sharkfins through my RF Multi. I'd rather not have to hang another set of antennas, and do like the boost external antennas provide.

Thanks!

Phil

I've ordered from them before for my home theatre system. Just that one piece will mostlikely cost about $12-13 inc/ shipping to our location (Bay Area). It's a little high, but good customer service. Another option is to look around in electronic stores (San Mateo Electrics and such). I'll call them and some others regarding this adapter.

What you can also do is ask for the adapter at the place you bought it from.

Okay after numerous calls to tens of electrical/electronic stores, contractors, departments and warehouses, the only place that have these is San Mateo Electronics Supply. SMA M to BNC F. Asked for price, $6.25.

San Mateo Electronics Supply
(650) 341-8731
16 42nd Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94403 (Right off of El Camino)

Been there before and the customer service is Excellent. Purchased something for installation, gave me the wrong amount, and the manager happily gave me the missing difference. Good luck Phil.

Thanks for doing the legwork Alan. I appreciate it. I'll have to pop in there next week and pick up two.

Thanks again!

Yeah, no problem.

I found it very awkward that lots of places doesn't carry this. Almost all have answered back, "What? What is that?" O well, at least one place have them.
