Slurring Images with 720/24p

This has probably been asked before, but I noticed the 720/24p images, when output to DVD slur a lot. The color and imagery is beautiful, but when people move through the frame, it is often blurring or slurring. I'm not sure if it's the camera or the way I'm posting the footage. I'm sending it into the Avid, out to Squeeze, and out to DVD. In the Avid it looks smooth on the DVD much different.

Any thoughts would be great!
 
May be an encode issue in Squeeze if it looks fine in Avid. That would indicate footage captured Ok and imported OK. BTW - I would use 720/24pN instead of p.
