Slowmotion FS-100 720p24p60

I just can't do the overcranck to ,

i use fs-100 and did set the camera to shot 720p24 , scene file frame rate 60p.
and set the FS-100 to record PN ,

and whem i drag this 60p footage to my 24p time line...nothing happens..it runs like the same...

in the viewer its 60fps and runs like 60p, and i drag it into 24p time line...it shows , 23fps and runs like 24p , but no slow....

strange...

too much settings
 
every time i want to make true slowmotion should i set VFr to 24p?

interesting that in fs-100 user manual does not have reference about VFR.


should i always shoot at VFR 24P?

even whem i'm shooting 720p24p24 ?

and if i set the camera to shoot 720p30 should i set the VFR to 30?

yeah...nothing happens...just like the same...

shot 720p24p60 , set the fs-100 to quicktimePN VFR 24p..

drag it to a 24p time line....runs like 24p...not slowmotion

Ill do a test tonight..... I dont thnk I use PN on the firestore.... Could be wrong. Make sure the HVX is NOT set to PN
 
yeah , i just done it right....

thanks all...

i'd shoot 720p24p60 FS100 quicktimePN VFR 24.

and with this clip i was able to use the dvcproHD frame rate converter in FCP...
and it really worked...

so , the only problem is that i'd shoot some surf footage at 60p but did not set VFR 24p.. and with these clips the frame rate converter don't work...

so , keep learning...
