GH13 Slowmo for noobs?

I've never had a use for slowmo... Until yesterday.

I get the gist of shooting SH mode with 125 shutter (and I've played with higher shutters), and I like the look at 50% (speed changed inside of FCP on the timeline).

However, I hear about Twixor, MVTools, Avisynth, Virtualdub, etc... Some of the results look fantastic to my eye. I'd gladly use them professionally under certain circumstances.

I am not familiar with any of these. Anyone willing to give noobs like me a crash-course on fake slowmo with interpolated frames? Or is there one online someone knows of?

Just google motion optical flow slomo. I use the motion blur setting instead of optical flow. I found the optical flow makes stuff too jello-ish. There is a youtube or vimeo video out there of a guy breakdancing that they use different slomo's on and it really shows you the difference in look.

This was shot on 7d by one of my students but I did the slowmo/editing. 1/120 is good but I find you can bump higher too if need be.

Awesome! I had no clue Motion did this! Ha, goes to show me that I need to learn my programs beyond just FCP...
