slow motion with 25p

Hi, i need to make slo-mo (app. 70% of original speed) from some footage shot in 25p mode (i have PAL DVX100). I would appreciate, if you could recommend some Twixtor settings, or another software/plug-in, which is suitable for slowing down progressive footage. :dankk2:

when i want to slomo 25p footage i import it into after effect and time strech ( 120% for a 80% slomo i guess.. ) i feel this slomo better than the fcp one...
 
Thanks for a tip. Ill try it, because, there are many possibilities, how to do this in AE
(time warp, time stretch, time remapping, plugins like Retimer, Twixtor...), but i presently dont have time, to test them. I know, that for slo-mo is better to shoot interlaced, but i have to slow down progressive footage and therefore i am looking for some tested ways. Thanks again...

Slow down in a NLE, but take out frame blending. The slow motion is not very smooth, but looks good- It looks like something out of a Wong Kar Wai movie...
