Slow Motion Site

A while ago I was on here looking at stuff on making footage slower and still clean with after effects and twixtor. Someone had a link up to a tutorial about how to do this, but I cant remember the link. All I know is that the example clips were a guy jumping off a deck, someone doing like a hand stand and I think a girl walking with the wind blowing her hair.

I have been on the site a few times because different forums all linked to the site.

Anyone have any idea what site this was? It seemed popular.
