GH2 Slow motion ...again ..... slowing down to 20% ???

What is the best setting to use when I want an extreme slo mo up to about 20% of normal. 50p , 50i or 24p in HD.

I would prefer to keep it AVCHD but its secondary to the smooth movment.

I am shooting skate boards and windsurfer doing jumps. What I have tried looked very stop go..... if only you could generate an inbetween frame.

I think your best bet would be to shoot 50p then slow it down from there. Shooting 24p then slowing doesn't look very good. You may want to look into twixter. it's a plug in for slo mo.
