Slow-mo with DSLR

Hey guys,
Looking to shoot slow-motion on the cheap. I was wondering if any HDSLR's shoot faster than 60 fps?!

If anyone knows of another cheaper alternative that isn't DSLR, would appreciate it too!

Thanks,
Max

none of the current line of dslrs will shoot above 60fps, their are cams you could rent how many frames were you looking to shoot at?

Twixtor would be cheaper than a DSLR! I know it's not the real thing but when used with 60p footage you should be able to get really good simulated 120p.

The Casio EX1 (a compact camera) is able to shoot at really fast frame rates with OK results, but none of the current DSLR's do.

There are I think about 3 compact s camera's that shoot high speed footage Casio if i remember is able to go to 1200fps , Samsung 300fps and Sony 300fps. They have limitations of on time record of 10sec, also codec used.

Their biggest limitation is the resolution. Something like 205x116 at 1200fps.
