Slow mo shutter speeds

Hi,

What shutter speeds are recommended for 100fps, 200fps and 400fps? I'd like to ideally use 200, 400 and 800 shutter speeds respectively but these are not available. So I guess 215, 425 and 600?

Isn't it a bit annoying that the shutter speeds don't change automatically when you change the fps? Not so intuitive...

General rule of thumb, is that you double your frame rate. As long as it's close, you wont be able to tell a difference.

Yes, It is incredibly annoying how the camera handles shutter speed when you change frame rates.
