F55: Slog3 Clipping?

Can someone explain me why in slog3 the waveform is clipping at about 90IRE ???
Doesnt make any sense to me.

I didn't know slog3 maxes out at 94%? Sony's white paper on slog3 says "Data range is used from 0 to 1023 (from -7IRE to 109IRE)"

Simply put SLOG3 can represent more dynamic range than the sensor can deliver. There is room in the top for another couple of stops when Sony makes a camera with an even better sensor.

I think white paper is just saying about definition of data range judging by S-Log3 formula.
The code value seems like normalized by 95 to 1023bit range in the formula.
