Slog2 colors

I have the FS700R (includes SLog2) and just for giggles I played around with the slog2 profile. For my style of filming I am finding that I enjoy the extremely neutral almost unsaturated colors of the profile, but do enjoy using the lowest 2000iso. Has anyone had luck creating a picture profile using one of the cinegammas that produces the same colors as slog2?

Before the upgrade was available Abelcine, Allister Chapman, Frank Glencarin and some others created some decent PP's. They did work well for some of my applications and they seem to control highlights better and even add some DR. Though I tried some and found them useful, nothing was quite like the S-log II after the upgrade. I'm not sure if any of those guys has tweaked the new S-Log, but I found what you gain in one area you loose in another. I always liked cine gamma 4, and 6. Now it just stays on 7. Like you I like the "log" look and so far it hasn't let me down. I wish it were a true 10 bit S-log but none the less the 8 bit is still a big improvement over the standard profiles. It's a great camera and now with the Odyssey it seems it's even better. Google those names and they'll come right up along with their PP's. Have fun exploring
