Slightly vibrating image - URGENT

Anyone ever see a vibrating image in the lcd - it looks like the image is moving up and down by 2 rez lines - I checked the recorded footage and it is captured that way as well.

OIS is off and i tried the camera in different locations

Any quick ideas would be helpful - i need to shoot with the dvx tomorrow

Same thing happened to me on a shoot. Lucky there was a backup camera. In my case it was caused by the lens stabilization circuitry not working. Does your screen have red lettering across it that says something about a PSD error? If so, that's the problem. Panasonic wants about 900$ to fix it....
