Slight wiggle to camera

So I'm trying to add a slight wiggle to the camera via the wiggler. I've used AK's suretarget before, which is the effect I'm looking for, but I don't want all that extra stuff in there. I like the light wiggle that ST gets you when you have it set on, but I can't get that. My wiggles are too jarring. What is the best approach for this?
 
too jarring ... unless I'm just using the wrong values. I'm looking for it to basically hover at the designated spot with slight movement ... I have a bunch of photos and video set up in 3d space sitting on a "floor" ... all of the values I've tried on the wiggler have made it look bad... basically I want to add an "easy easy" to that. does this make sense?

Edit: I think I got it. I was unaware that the wiggler could use decimals (no idea why), so my lowest value was 1. I set it to .25,100 and it looks fine.
