slider mount for tripod

Hi, do I need to buy another video head just to do 90 degree (vertical slides) on my tripod. Is there a simple swivel bracket or something to rotate the slider. I'd like a head on top of the slider for pans/tilts. Seems like unneeded weight, height, functionality and cost using two when all that's needed is a one-axis adjustment on the bottom. Its for a small m4/3 camera. Have a great day.

After thinking about it that bowl looks better. With a simple swivel bracket you'd be leveling with the tripod legs all day. All the mounting options are confusing me right now. I wish someone could summarize the pros and cons for each configuration. For instance IF, when, and where to use ball heads vs bowl head vs video head ect. I've seen all kinds, but thanks.

Nice but already have tripod. Slider is on order. Thinking again, a bowl by itself wouldn't work unless it rotated nearly 90 degrees. It needs to level with a tilt option. Maybe a ball head would work. Trying to keep things reasonably simple & light but it's not looking good.
