Happy Halloween!
I've been wanting to post this for awhile. This is a short film written by Chris Keaton that I directed for monster fest last year, unfortunately we got a late start on the contest and ended up just missing the deadline so it hasn't seen the light of the net. I was waiting off while I submitted it to Shriekfest and Fantastic Fest which both didn't happen - so I am now proud to present it here in all it's gory horror sci-fi weirdness!
(watch it on vimeo for fullscreen)

And finally a production pic, testing out the look of the alien while we were building it. I'll put some more up here later in the weekend.
It was a lot of fun, we conceived and shot within a 2 month period leading up the deadline so it was definitely a challenge. It was shot on a HFS-10 with a handy35 adapter (which proved difficult in the low light of the hotel) in 2 days out near Disney in Kissimmee. Big credit to Herman Witkam as well for the incredible sound design.
Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!
