This really grossed out my daughter, who was acting as the arm model, so you can hear her say ****** at the very beginning.. ;D Also, when I captured it, the footage was soooo dark, I overdid the brightness/contrast in an effort to correct, but here it is.

That was pretty gross. You should consult with OJ Simpson on how it was done. Nice Job! I like how it was raw and uncut. ;D

man that arm looks great. The only thing is, though, the blood looked a little flourescent. Almost a little to thin and bright. However, you could correct that possibly with your color corrections.

The blood did look thin to me, too. I was using the powder stuff, applied with a toothpick into the "cut". Too much water added to the mix as I didnt have a good way to control the water flow. I want to get another blood alternative for that kind of thing. And the cut was just disgusting. My daughter said she will likely have nightmares tonight. ;D

Will try for some more stuff soon and will also watch the lighting.

Nice bruising. You can put a small bladder under the appliance and make it bleed real time. I've found that a small dab of red and black makeup on the knife will work pretty well for slash scenes..

I was really just trying to darken the blood; the killer by-proudct was the detail in the bruise; it looks nasty.
