Slaine - M2 Raw Footage

looks cool. i assume you recommend the m2...i'm thinking of getting one. last shot's cool- the wide one with everyone
 
Looks kind of soft. Like most stuff does with a lens adaptor. Also some of the lighting with just the one guy in the frame looks a little off to me. Seems like its to hot. Might look a lot better once you get the CC done on it.
 
M2 is great and new ground glass keeps coming out to address some of the issues with different lenses etc.

Drew: I'm not sure but I think there is a little ghosting with the internal shot of him alone. Its kind of seeing the in focus and out of focus at once. Either that or we just didn't really have great light design. Tiny room, small lights, etc.

This was the first use of the M2 and we are still learning. It is not as run and gun as the dvx alone and when you are strapped for time it really shows up in the image. We used a 15" monitor for focus and it was still pretty difficult to judge.

Shooting outside can prove to be difficult with the adapter. :shocked:
