GH2 Skipped frames??

So I'm dumping my dance recital footage from Saturday which was 3 acts. I ran 2 GH2's without stopping for each act....which should have netted me 3 files for each camera. But I had 4 files for 1 of the cams. After putting them on the timeline it appears that 1 cam stopped/skipped 2 frames during an act and started a new file.
Anyone had something like this happen or know why it may have happened. Each act was about 25 minutes and the break happened about 19 minutes into the first one.

I've had dropped frames from my GH1, but just put it down to card errors. It never started a new file though. Hopefully you can cut to the other camera and try and re sync the clip in the edit.
