Sketch Comedy Shot on HVX

My kinda humour. Very funny.
How did you key the footage? It seems a bit choked or overly feathered, but still really cool.

I used an HVX200 (non-a-type) to shoot this short green-screened music parody about Global Warming.

In a later version I opted to lose the shadow because it looked too much like a keying mistake.

I just used the chroma keyer in final cut. And yeah, it's not totally perfect on the key but it was just a sketch I wanted to hurry up and get done so I didn't spend as much time on the key as I should have.

Global warming song is awesome btw. Did you write it and perform or just shoot the video?

Thanks. Yeah I did the whole thing myself, including setting up the green screen in my cramped apartment.
I keyed it loosely in Motion, then used final cut to finish the key.
In all I think I used a combination of 4 different keys. I think the pixel shift is not your friend when trying to do the keying. Making sure focus was spot on was most helpful.
I loved your concept of the best friend who wants to rip her clothes off and she's clueless. Not that I have EVER found myself in a situation like that...less than about a dozen times. Good stuff!
Having fun with an HVX, the only way to go.
