size of XLR cable

[Xaveryptak]

I am having difficulty of locating a short XLR cable for my shotgun. The video store doesn't cary any, music stores only long ones. What's the best length?

I'm using this one by Audio Technica:

XLR Angled 1.5'

You can always make one that fits your needs. Just cut it to the best length and re-solder the connectors.

I use 30cm cables from here : http://www.videogear.co.uk/index.php?searchStr=30cm&_a=viewCat&Submit=GO
