Six Days is a feature length independent comedy being produced in Central Ohio, using Central Ohio locations, talent and crew.
Premise - Michael Morretti is a young man who's high hopes and dreams plateaued and landed him working at a pizza shop...and the apartment above it. When things couldn't get any worse, he and his best friend accidently run a Corvette off a cliff...a car that belongs to local art connoisseur Eddie Russo (aka mobster). Not only did they ruin his car, but an original painting that was in the car. Now Michael needs all the help he can get from his family and friends, as he tests the limits of 'The Family' and tries to keep a promise to pay Eddie back.

Notes
9.10.2007 - We are about 90% of the way done with principal photography. The film is being shot with an HVX (pretty much stock except for the occasional use of a Century .6x WA), Arri Sofbank IV kit, SGM-2X shotgun, and occasionally a Rowe Dolly. The crew is pretty much bare bones. The majority of the time it's just the Director directing and manning the boom pole, and Yours Truly behind the camera.
While I am VERY proud of the cinematography so far, I doubt I'll get my ASC invitation based on this film alone. The shots are pretty straightforward, allowing the actors to shine and progress the story. You can catch some un-CC'd grabs at http://www.echopro.net/sixdays.html
The film is being edited by Jim Leo, the Director, on FCS 1. Some of the scenes are starting to be pieced together. Rough cutting will begin right after shooting is wrapped, and we're expecting a Spring 2008 premiere. More later!
