Silly P2 Card question

I just purchased a 64 gig P2 card and am waiting for it to arrive.... Question

I have an HVX202en. I will be capturing in 1080 at 25 fps in DVCPRO HD

now Panasonic website says I will be able to record approx 64 min on a 64gig card in 1080/50i.


So if 1080/50i is 64 minutes on a 64 gig card does that mean..............

1080 at 25 fps is 128 minutes?

Or am I way off..... Like I said may be a silly question

On an HVX, the record time is the same 64 minutes in 25p and 50i (recording time only changes in 720pNative modes). On an HPX3xx series, recording 1080 24pN AVCINTRA 100, you would get 80 minutes and 160 minutes at AVCINTRA50.

DVCPRO HD has no native mode in 1080, so you're always recording at the full 100 Mbps. So, about one minute per gig no matter what.
