GH4 Sigma 8mm F/3.5 EX DG + Mitakon Zhongyi Lens Turbo + GH4

I borrowed the beautiful Sigma 8mm F/3.5 EX DG from a friend who is selling it on half price and before buying it I tried on my GH4 while using it with Mitakon Zyongyi Lens Turbo (x 0.71) and the results were not what I was expecting, I felt that since GH4 is MFT and lens turbo would make this lens like 11 or 12mm a very wide lens and reducing its fish eye look but I got far more then I was expecting.

Image was taken while the lens was used with lens turbo.

Currently I don't have any dummy adapter to use this lens but is there a way if I can use this lens as a ultra wide lens without having the fish eye look? any particular adapter needed for this?

I really like this lens but don't like this peephole look.

David W. Jones the mentioned video was the KEY REASON for getting the lens but this peephole affect is highly annoying, it can be fixed in post though l would really like the solution that doesn't require cropping in post.

Use a regular lens adapter without optics then.

I'm not a huge fan of native M4/3 lenses, but for an ultra wide without fisheye I think the Lumix 7-14mm is pretty spectacular.
