sorry if this has been asked before. I have tried searching around for the answer.

Just ordered my AF100 yesterday. All of my glass are Nikon G lenses except for this one Sigma lens that I have - the Sigma 50mm F1.4 EX DG HSM.

I am curious if this can be used with the AF100 as it does not have an aperture ring? if so, what adapter would be needed?

Here is a link the lens.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi, yes, I actually ordered the Novoflex as well to use with my Nikon G lenses. They all have the manual aperture ring and this looks like a great combo. I didn't realize that my beloved Sigma did not. Funny enough now, I traded in my Nikon 50/1.4 lens with a ring when I bought the Sigma... If only I had a crystal ball then.

Okay, so I obviously started this thread before having the camera in hand. The Novoflex just arrived, finally, and I am happy to say that the Sigma lens works just fine with the camera. Very excited about this camera.
