Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 on FS700+SB

A few another words about Sigma 18-35 f/1.8
I have EF-version using with Meabones SpeedBooster.
After 3 months using it with FS700 I have to conclude that this lens has really perfect sharpness and other optical features, but it's NOT FOR Fs700. Due to sensor size difference:(
The main problem for me is terrible vignetting. It's everywhere! Even on the maximum focal length - 35mm.
Here is an example that I've made yesterday. 35mm f/2.0:

All under 35mm gives more worse result.

Could somebody explain me please how Sigma 18-35 get to TOP-5 'must have' lenses for FS700? May be I'm missing something with it? I'm deeply disappointed.

... because the 18-35 mm sigma is not a full frame lens. basically you need full frame lenses to benefit from the speed booster - for this one you will need the normal metabones (not speed booster) adapter. Please read the first post in the thread.

I'll throw in too. It is a great lens but you can't go full frame with it. That's about it. But it is faster than a 2.8 so not exactly having a speedbooster setup wont hurt you. But it does force you to essentially have 2 adapters. One with and one without a speedbooster. But this can become helpful in a numerous scenarios as not all lenses will be full frame.

**Not exactly the same lens... But I thought I'd add it into the wide-angle mix as it doesn't have any of the vignetting you are talking about:

I just bought the new Canon 16-35L f/4 IS, and it is amazingly sharp. On the SpeedBooster, it's super sharp in the corners, and very little (close to 'none') vignetting. Not exactly a f/1.3 as you are getting with the Sigma, but if you can manage without... it's way sharper than my Canon 24-70 f/2.8, 16-35f/2.8 and Tokina 11-16 f/2.8, by far the sharpest & widest (16mm Full-Frame FOV via SpeedBooster) lens I have ever used!
