Shutterspeeds for frame rates

I'm planning on getting an HPX170 soon, but I have no experience shooting with any frame rate other than 60i. I know that the shutterspeed can be set to achieve different results like motion blur, but I'm wondering what the common shutterspeed standard is for each frame rate.

12p:
15p:
24p:
30p:
48p:
60p:

180º shutter for any of the frame rates you listed would give you film-like response. For 60p you would need more light than you would at 24, at 12p, less.

Thanks! What is 180 degree shutter equivelant to? Is it 1/48th of a second?

this is not always the case , 180 degree at 24 p is not the same shutter speed as 180 degree at 30p . just so you keep it straight. so keep in mind when you over crank. then your 180 degree will be way faster. but 1/250 sec is always 1/250 sec.
