Shutter

I've been using the 100a for 2 years and I've never had to put the shutter lower than 1/48, 1/50 or 1/60. For a fight scene, my student wants a "trails" look to it, but for the life of me I can't get the shutter to go lower than 1/24. I even tried setting up slow shutter as my user setting, but it's telling me "Invalid."

Can someone help?

I guess I should have elaborated a little. First you do need to set slow shutter in User 1, turn off your shutter, if you don't then you will get invalid because it won't do both. Choose user 1 and it will briefly say "processing". Then you can use your shutter select as you normally would and you can toggle between 1/6 and 1/12. When you want to go back to the higher speeds, just turn your shutter back on.
