Shutter Speed?

With the DVX100B, is it possible to set the shutter to 2 seconds, etc, to get a ghosting appearance

i hope this makes sense

basically, I am looking for the effect in which a car's headlights make a motion path at night.
 
I don't think that's possible on the "B", but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Remember, you can do A LOT in post production. An effect like that would be easy... what editing system do you use?
 
Two seconds, no. It does go down to 1/4 or 1/6 (forget which), and that will be pretty ghosted in appearance. The frame rate won't change, still 24p, 30p, or 60i (25p and 50i).
