Shutter speed

I just purchased my HVX-200 Friday. Does anybody know how to set the shutter speed below the 1/24 preset ? I use to have a Sony VX1000 that allowed setting to 1/8.

If not has anyone experimented with getting the streak effects from cars driving at night or is this just limited to film camera?
 
If you set the shutter to VIDEO instead of FILM you can set the shutter in increments of 360 degrees.

In video mode you can go to 1/12th (when shooting 24fps) or 1/15th (when shooting 30fps).

If you need slower than that, you need to go to the "frame rate hack"; put it in 720p mode, set the scene file to a lower frame rate (8fps would do for 1/8th, if that's what you want) and set the shutter to 350.0 degrees.
