FS7: Shutter Speed at 180fps

I was always taught to set my shutter speed to at least double the frame rate on a camera which would be the equivelent to a 180 degree shutter angle. I know you can set the fs7 to shutter angles instead of speeds and be done with it but I noticed that when I set it to speed and switch the camera to 180fps S&Q mode the default shutter sped is 1/192. Is that correct or should I be changing it to 1/380 or whatever the closest speed to that is? I was wondering because I didn't really understand what Full scan meant and if perhaps I don't need to double the shutter speed because its an HD image derived from a 4K sensor.

When you shoot slow motion footage 120, 180, 240, fps etc, use the highest shutter speed you can get away with. You want to see the action with smooth motion in high detail. Always use the 180 degree rule or higher if the situation permits, you will only improve your footage doing so. It's a case by case situation, but start at 180 degree and go up from there.
