shutter speed (and other settings) in scene file

I want to quickly throw together several groups of scene files for various testing. For example, a group where every setting is the same except for shutter speed. Or every setting is the same except for detail level. Is there some sort of key out there that gives key/value pairs for all settings? ie for frame rate, 1=2 frames per second?

I know I can use the camera to do this and save the files, but that's a slow way to do it. Plus there are some settings that I just can't figure out. In particular, shutter speed:

00005010: BE021400 ; SYNCRO SCAN :

In this case, it means syncro scan with a shutter speed of 10. Is there a way to determine that without saving each scene file variation I want using the camera? Basically, is there an available matrix with all settings and possible values?

I don't know but maybe if you try to change things, and then save it, you'll be able to see what changes and understand the logic of the change. If not, take your time manually
