shutter speed and motion

Planning to shoot 60fps over 720 24p.
Using water housing for surf footage.
If lower my shutter angle to say 80 degrees, will I get more sharpness, less blur than at 180?
Will I get potential strobing from the shutter being at 80 degrees.
Thanks.

Have a similar question...
I have to shoot a commercial with chicken wings falling in slow motion.
I did a test at 720 24p then did the variable frame rate of 60 also i turned on the shutter to 10.5 degrees..
the actual footage looked sharp but very strobe like...
If i increased the degrees to 20, i would then get the chicken wings looking a little blurry...
If I shoot the way I described above, what do I set my time line setting to and will i be able to slow it down even more????

I was just in Yosemite shooting falls, streams, etc at 60fps 720 24PN. I chose a 90 degree shutter and loved the look of it. Less than that started to get stroby depending on the rate and intensity of the water flow.
But I gotta tell you... the rainbow over Vernal Falls at mid day at this frame rate at this shutter speed with this camera at this price? Simply stunning, thank you.
Yes I think I saw angels in the mist...:engel017:
