Shutter effect

Hello

I shot a video and was hoping to shoot with a high shutter speed with my hpx171. However due to the lowlight I was unable. Can anyone suggest an effect or plugin which may create the high shutter effect in post?

I am working on Avid Media Composer and After Effects.

Many Thanks

I'd suggest you light the room and then attempt to shoot at a high shutter speed. That'd the best way to do it. Optical always before digital.
