Shutter: Can someone turn it on?

And shoot 1/48 or even 1/60? Seems like everyone's shooting with it as the camera comes which is off correct?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The blurry motion is kinda strange.

You're wrong. There's lots of stuff out there with a 1/48 shutter.

A lot of the night stuff has shutter off to gain an extra stop. You can tell if the shutter is on or off by single framing through the footage. If the blur from the current frame touches the blur from the previous frame spatially, then shutter is off. If there is a gap between blurs, then shutter is on.

I see a bunch of blurry footage. Of course, if you see somethin' else please link me. I only want to see something with the shutter on. All the motion blur is gettin' crazy.
