GH4 Shutter angle/Variable frame rate question

Just to be sure, before I start shooting...with shutter angle at 180d, in 96fps VFR does the shutter speed than come out to 192fps? Just want to make sure my motion blur will follow that frame rate and not the 24 fps it conforms to.

If you shoot 95 fps with a 180° shutter angle, your shutter speed should be 1/190 s. The GH4 may not be able to achieve exactly that but stay as close as possible, 1/192 s would be fine.
If you shoot 192 fps with a 180° shutter angle, your shutter speed will be 1/384 s and you won't be shooting on a GH4.
