Shrek the 3rd

Saw this last night.

Entertaining as the past Shrek films. Though I didn't find myself in stiches quite as much as I did during Shrek2.

Less parodies in this one, with a little more concentration on it's own story. Though it does begin to actually (sucesfully) parody the earlier Shrek films some what.

Definalty worth seeing. Very very funny, and with an increasingly great cast.

I liked it too. As my wife (a teacher) said, it's got a great message for kids. I was surprised by some of the more adult jokes though.

Is it possible to "de-deputize" a mod for liking Shrek the 3rd?

Just asking.
If it is, I want to lobby for Mikko's position, and I'll just steer clear of ever seeing it.

Because he once let slip that he was looking forward to "Revenge of the Sith"

So... I saw it tonight... wasn;t nearly as good as the first two... the story felt weird... writing was still good however... animation was genius.

The film was good but the character development of king author was weak. His role was understood but the audience couldn't sympathize. Everthing else was great.

That's probably because it's a funnier retread of Happily Never After. Pretty much identical plot line with the unsavory fairy tale characters taking over the kingdom and all that. Still, there's just a few laugh out loud moments for me.
