So, just made a new Directing/filmmaking showreel. Would love to hear what you guys think.
The main purpose is to use it while I look for freelance gigs.

Thanks, Christian

And for some strange reason it was a link to a completely different movie, but it should work now.

Thanks Martay! The club scenes is from an event that on of Swedens biggest electrical chains "Elgiganten" (owned by Brittish Dixons Carphone) arranged. They had a 20 year annevarsary and set up a huge party for all of their employes, it was basicly like a big festival and we filmed it with two red epics.

If you want you can see a video from it here, and let me know what you think:

This definitely looks professional to me!

My only constructive criticism is that it looks more like a DP reel than a director's. I think that directors' reels often include some longer scenes with diegetic sound, to get more context but also to see how you can handle talent and the arc of a scene. If you do all of those things yourself (and editing too), then maybe you could have more than one reel? Or maybe it's just fine the way it is. : )

Also, I don't know about the British rules, but in U.S. english we spell the plural of "company" as "companies," not companys.

Thanks for sharing with us!

Cool.

The footage is really good.

The event sounds pretty awesome too. Nice function. My corporate parties consist of chicken fingers if we're lucky :)

Are you putting it together for the company? Do you own the footage itself?

So much of the shots would be great for an EDM video.
