I first heard about Berkey System (http://www.berkeysystem.com/) from Philip Bloom's blog the other day, saw they had some good looking parts and the price seemed reasonable, so I thought I'd give them a try. I didn't order anything elaborate, just a simple part that happened to need.
I have to say, I'm very impressed. The customer service was responsive to my initial questions, even though it was kind of an oddball one. (I needed to know their 10/32 hole spacing on their brackets) The design of the individual pieces are very well thought out and the build quality is an unqualified great. Excellent attention to detail, all the edges are rounded and the part even came with extra screws. Their rigs aren't the sexiest in the world, since their approach appears to lean heavily towards the roll-your-own/legos side of things, but I can say for sure that if you're in the market for rigs, you should definitely have a look at these guys. If I wasn't already well kitted up, I certainly would be.
