What are everyone's thoughts on the K-pod w/Hercules head & quick release plate?

Haven't used the K-pod but I have a Hercules mounted on a dolly supporting my Kessler Crane. Very solid piece of gear. Works perfectly even with a heavily weighted 12' crane.

Highly recommended.

Yes, the hercules head is a beast!!! Very heavy though...

You forgot the word "lately" - there are designed that way lately.
All the 50, 60 and 70 year old consumer goods we own and user every day proof, that it used to be different before.
